Our ceremony will begin at 5:00 pm. Note that our wedding takes place on a Friday evening and there may be traffic. Please plan accordingly to arrive about 15-20 minutes early.

Black tie or formal, please! For guests who need some inspiration, for men, it is appropriate to wear a tuxedo or a nice suit and tie. For women, it is appropriate to wear a long evening gown or a formal cocktail dress.

We will be having a cash bar. We promise you won’t miss the open bar with all of the amazing food and desserts! P.S. Don’t forget to bring your ID!

The bar is cash only, but there is an ATM available for use on site!

We have limited space in our guest list, so please only bring a guest/date if you were provided a plus one.

While we do love your kids, our wedding events are adults only. We can't wait to celebrate with you!

Weather permitting, our hope is to have an outdoor ceremony so please wear/bring a nice coat (such as a peacoat). Our cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.

There is a coat closet near the bar of the main building, please feel free to hang your coat there.

Saphire Estate has a spacious gravel lot to the right of the main building.

Please respect our wishes to have a completely unplugged ceremony. Please turn off phones and keep them put away. We promise to share our professional photos and videos with you as soon as we have them! Take as many pictures as you’d like during cocktail hour and the reception!
